Returns

Digital Products

All sales are final on digital products with the following exception(relating to logo and t-shirt designs); If you are not satisfied with the initial design concepts provided to you, and have paid the full fee up-front, you may request a partial refund by completing the Refund Request form, which will be provided to you upon request. Upon timely receipt of the completed form, we will refund 50% of the payment made by you. The other 50% will be retained by us as a service and processing fee. In addition, refunds are only available to the actual Client for whom the concepts were created. No refund is available for design firms or for those who order our design services on behalf of another entity. Furthermore, you shall forfeit the right to the refund outlined above if you have approved and/or received the final design files. Should you receive a refund, you agree that your acceptance of the refund shall constitute your sole and exclusive remedy with respect to related designs. Additionally, you acknowledge that you will have no right (express or implied) to use any designs or other work product, content, or media, nor will you have any ownership interest in or to the same.

Print Products

Since each print order is unique to the customer and has no resale value, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will reprint the order. No Refunds or Credit.

Customer must notify Graphic Design Masterminds within 6 business days of order acceptance to notify any defects discovered in the ordered product. In order to receive replacement, Customer must return 100% of the received product within 15 days (on their own expense) from the time when the ordered product delivery was taken.

All charges related to expedited printing (Rush Printing or Shipping) are NOT REFUNDABLE, including for those orders that are returned for any reason. All orders that are being returned must be shipped by Customer’s own expense.
